IIM Ranchi highest CTC 59.26 Lakhs

IIM Ranchi recently completed is final placement process of MBA batch 2018-2020. A total of 248 students participated in IIM Ranchi placement session which witnessed 92 first time recruiters. Over 100 companies had participated in the placement process and highest CTC offer of Rs 22.37 lakh per annum (MBA). This year, international offer was made of Rs 59.36 lakh per annum (MBA).

To the MBA batch of 2018-2020 over 94 companies made 181 offers to the students . Function-wise maximum offers were made in Sales & Marketing (41%) followed by Finance (19%), Operations (16%) IT & Analytics (15 %) and Strategy & Consulting (9 %).

In MBA, top profiles included Campaign Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Agile Sales, Brand Manager, B2B Sales, Business Strategist, Strategic Advisory, IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Account Management, Asset Management, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Analyst, Retail Banking, Supply Chain Management, Customer Success Manager, Project Management, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Operations Management.

Top companies which hired MBA graduates are Amazon, Kotak, Maruti Suzuki, Godrej, FSS, Trendence, IDFC, Infosys, RPG, Muthoot, Emami, TVS, ACC, KPMG, Cognizant, Siemens, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Vedanta, Capgemini, HSBC, IBM, Yes Bank, RBL Bank, Tech Mahindra, ICICI Prudential, BiralSoft, JP Morgan Chase and Jindal Steel & Power among others.

The MBA HR batch of IIM Ranchi were offered jobs by 42 companies with 21 of them being first time recruiters. The highest CTC offered to MBA HR student stood at Rs 26.50 lakh per annum while the average CTC offer stood at Rs 14.55 lakh per annum. Top profiles included Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Learning & Development, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition.

IIM Ranchi Placements 2020 vs 2019 vs 2018

IIM Ranchi witness a dip in salary figures in 2019 from 2018. Highest CTC fell from Rs 30 lakh per annum in 2018 to Rs 21 lakh per annum in 2019.
