How To Get Into IIM A B C, FMS 

IIM A B C and FMS are the top Bschool in India. Every MBA aspirant dreams to be in these colleges. Each year more than 2 lacs candidates appear for CAT and only a few people got selected. It means the odds of getting selected at IIM’s or FMS is 0.0023%. The candidate needs to score more than 90%tile in CAT to get into their dream colleges.

IIM Selection Process 2022-24

The first step to getting selected in IIMs is based on the CAT percentile. Once you score 99%tile the next step will be WAT/GD and PI. The candidate’s academic history and work experience also play an important role here.

  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation 7 for reserved Category (SC, ST, OBC) 45% is required.
  • Candidates who are in their final year of the bachelor’s degree/ equivalent qualification exam can also apply for the exam.
  • The candidates must meet the required CAT score to get into top B-schools.
  • IIMs give preference to female/transgender candidates to represent fair gender diversity.

Documents required in WAT/GD-PI

  • Class 10th 12th and Graduation or Post graduation mark sheet is mandatory (original and self-attested photocopies)
  • Reserved Category SC/ST/OBC must have their original certificate & self-attested photocopy.
