Gist: The case was a finance case. I was asked to generate a fund of x billion dollars optimally. At the end I had to support my solution with valid arguments.

Question: Tell me about yourself
Answers: My name is Srishti. I have done Engineering in Information technology as my undergrads. I have strong programming skills and mathematical skills. My hobbies include singing.
A bat and a ball cost $1.10 in total. The bat costs $1.00 more than the ball. How much does the ball cost?
I answered it wrong as the panellist had asked for a quick answer in 10 seconds. But then I got it right after reworking.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Strengths: Analytical Skills, Highly dedicated
Weakness: Cannot multitask (To which the interviewer said it cannot be your weakness), public speaking, Talking to people above me in terms of hierarchy.

Question: tell me something about your self
Answer: My name is Jeevesh Garg and I had the opportunity to work as a senior director at IIMUN an organisation that collaborates with schools, colleges and guests to organised educational conferences for the past 3 years. I’ve extensively travelled in India and abroad and am looking forward to start-up in the education space myself. Passionate about public speaking, and speaking to people with differentiated opinions. An avid football and cricket enthusiast and sometimes do enjoy to break a leg too I mean who doesn’t!

Question: where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Answer: successfully starting up in the education management space with specialisation in student led events.

Question: strengths and weaknesses
Answer: Public speaking, communication were something that were built over time due to an exposure in conducting orientations and training for IIMUN in multiple cities. Whereas a weakness that I am actively working on is not coming across opinionated.

Discussion:
I was understanding at first let other people start the conversation with their understanding of being cashless, I intervened to make people understand how it’s still a difficult proposition for traditional business and that the Indian economy runs on a parallel cash economy. Many key themes were outlined and discussed government policies, changes in consumer behaviour, the impact of global agencies entering India.
