BBA is a three year degree program. This degree aims at providing fundamental education in business and management principles. Also as the candidates will be armed with work experience, students with a BBA background can do a specialization in specific management domain via MBA, though one might also follow up the BBA degree straight ahead with an MBA program. MBA has a wide range of specialisations viz. Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations, Health care, Agriculture, IT etc. If you have an interest in Marketing than you can go for Masters in Marketing Management (MMM) and if you have an interest in Human Resource than you can opt for Masters in Personnel Management (MPM). While you can divert other fields like Mass communication, MBA in Design Management , Commerce, Arts, Fine Arts , Law etc. are also some of the options available. The specialization chosen should be aligned with your previous work experience or intended industrial sector/role in which you aspire to work in.
